While believing in and having a passion for promoting and reserving power of the nature is one of our core values, we dedicate to minimize the environmental impact, encourage responsible consumption, and empower customers to actively participate in the circular economy. So, we

• use eco-friendly supplies including 100% natural soy and bees wax and 100% phthalate-free and cruelty-free scented oil (see more in our wax and scented oil selections below);
• design to promote reusing – our crystals that can be repurposed by customers as do-it-yourself (DIY) jewelries; and
• opt for simple packaging and prioritize degradable materials that allow our customers to reuse and recycle.

However, we would like to kindly remind you to use fire and burn candles with care all the time.

Our candle is made of all-natural wax containing soy wax and beeswax. We blend wax because soy wax is known for having bumpy / craterd surface after burning, and blending soy wax with some natural beeswax can improve the appearance. We use AAK Golden Brands 464 wax which is made from American-grown soybeans and purely natural beeswax which is produced by honey bees.

We choose to source from one of the most famous fragrance oil producers in the U.S. for our scented candle making given their products are body safe and approved for use in bath and body products and adhered to meet INTERNATIONAL FRAGRANCE ASSOCIATION (IFRA) standards. Their fragrance oils are a combination of natural essential oils and synthetic aroma chemicals and provided conformity to be 100% phthalate-free, cuelty-free and free from carcinogens, toxins, and other hazardous chemicals commonly found in fragrance oils.

Each of our crystal jewel candle is meticulously handcrafted with love and attention to detail in Hong Kong.

Because we handcraft our candles with natural crystals, we cannot standardize our products like machine-made. Please understand and accept that each of our crystal jewel candle is unique and the crystals vary from one and another. However, we will try our best to make sure that what you get will be as beautiful as what you see from the photos.

We test the crystals by each purchase batch using our professional gemology tools including but not limited to microscrope, 10x lens, polariscope, refrectometer, Chelsea Colour Filter and etc. We will never use the supplies which are tested to be unauthentic or dyed or low quality. Choose candle scent depends on your personal preference and the ambience you want to have. You are encouraged to go to our pop out outlets to try the fragrance smell. For your best convenience, selection guidance including fragrance profiles and crystal functions are also made available under each product descriptions in the Collection / Shop with us page. Feel free to contact us if you have any query. ;)

If you purchase for HK$240 or more in one single order, you will enjoy free delivery for that order. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We strive to proceed and ship orders within 3 business days after receiving payment. However, we cannot guarantee firm delivery dates and times which may vary depending on the other factors such as weather, courier company's operations and shipping destination. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available, to track the delivery status of your package.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We shall not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

The approximate burning time for our scented candles in different sizes are as follows:

• Large (240ml): 45 hours
• Medium (175ml): 30 hours
• Small (110ml): 20 hours

Please note that this information is for reference only because the actual burning time depends on the environment conditions such as air temperature, humidity, air circulation and etc.

We use Shopify's payment gateway which supports payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GooglePay, ApplePay, UnionPay or Paypal. Shopify's payment platform uses the 3D Secure technology which adds an authentication step for online payments by redirecting the user to the card issuer's and then back to the online store domain to complete payment, so that all information is encrypted by software and no third-parties may have access to this information during the processing of your payment for the products.

Our DIY jewelry kits are recommended for children aged 8 years old or above. Adult supervision is still advised to ensure the safety of children during the crafting process. Small parts included in the kits can pose a choking hazard, so please keep them away from younger children and ensure that all safety guidelines are followed. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the DIY jewelry kits.
